Issue Summary

Comment trigger fails to execute while using "User condition" when rule actor is set to "User who triggered the event"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an automation rule on which the trigger is "Comment Added"
2. Add a "User Condition" like:
   1. User: "User who triggered the event"
   2. Check to perform: "Is not a customer"
3. Action: Log Action
4. Add a comment as a customer in the portal
   

Expected Results

Able to see the entry on the logs.

Actual Results

Automation fails to execute with Status = Some Errors.

Issue event trigger could not retrieve this issue for further processing

Workaround

Set the rule to run on the Automation's behalf.
