When clicking links within a JIRA issue, open a new browser tab

    Description

      Currently, when clicking links in a Jira issue, it automatically redirects users within the same window.

      This is extremely frustrating when attempting to view assets, documents or issues linked in descriptions as you are completely removed from the issue itself.

      It would make much more sense to simply pop open a new browser window to maintain accessibility to both the existing issue and whatever is being linked out too.
