Creating an issue using the 'Create Issue in Epic' button causes surplus webhook events

Issue Summary

When creatingan issue using the 'Create Issue in Epic' button, Jira emits extra webhook events for issue link creation.

In particular we emit:

• issuelink_created (id 1)
• issuelink_deleted (id 1)
• issuelink_created (id 2)

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to Epic
Create issue using 'Create Issue in Epic' button

Expected Results

Single webhook event for issuelink_created

Actual Results

Three webhook events, 1 for creating an issue link, one for deleting that issue link and a final event for creating the final issuelink.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
