Error deleting attachment with property jira.issue.editable set to False

      Issue Summary

      Error deleting attachment with property "jira.issue.editable" set to False in the workflow step e.g. DONE or CLOSED in new issue view

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set "jira.issue.editable" to DONE/CLOSED step in the workflow
      2. Create an issue with attachments
      3. Transition the issue to DONE/CLOSED
      4. Try to delete the attachments.

      Expected Results

      The delete button shouldn't be accessible or the error thrown should mention about the issue is not editable.

      Actual Results

      Error thrown is about connection issue:

      Workaround

      Remove "jira.issue.editable" property in the workflow or if possible, move the issue to a different status first before deleting the attachments.
      (I) It is expected behaviour for the property to block attachments to be deleted as that is part of editing an issue.
