Issue Summary
Atlassian accounts with ID starting with numbers are shown as unknown in CSV (Watchers only).
Example: 557058:xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
Steps to Reproduce
- Add watchers to a ticket (new and old Atlassian accounts)
- Filter the tickets and Export Excel CSV (all fields)
Expected Results
It will show the watchers' names and ids.
Actual Results
If it's a new Atlassian account Id (1a23b45c6789101d2e345678) it shows their name and ID.
If it's an older Atlassian account Id format ( 557058:xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx), the watcher's name shows as "User" and Id as "Unknown".

Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
