When in the backlog in "Project A" and creating an issue in an epic in "Project A": 

The default "Project" should be the project you are already in and intending to create the story in (Project A in this example). 

I create stories in multiple boards and it is confusing when I'm in one board and trying to create a story on that board, but the default "Project" is another board. 

Acceptance: 
When creating a story in a project, the default "Project" for that story will be the board the user is currently working in (where they clicked "Create Issue")
