Share with customer checkbox won't show up for Project Type scoped rules

Summary

When creating a project type scoped rule to add comments on JSD projects, the "Share with customer" checkbox will not show up on the comment settings.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a global "Add comment" rule.
2. On the "Rule details" select "Project type" as Scope and "Service Desk" as the Project type

Expected Results

You'll be able to set the automation comment to be customer-facing.

Actual Results

The "Share with customer" checkbox will not show up.

Workaround

Create a multi-project rule and add all your SDs projects to the scope.
