Issue Summary

The independent scrolling feature is being rolled out to the new issue view.

Now, the view is divided in two panels: the description area in the left column, and the fields/custom fields in the right columns:

Currently, you do not have the ability to resize the columns as you wish. That might be inconvenient for users that have their main focus on an specific column when working.

Suggestion

Provide the ability to resize the columns as the users wish.
