    Description

      Problem Definition

      In the old issue view, a user can copy the link of a comment and use the URL to send to others and when they access it, the comment will be focused.

      This is not possible in the new Jira issue view.

      Suggested Solution

      Create this ability in the new issue view

      Workaround

      Use the old issue view.
