Add support to the markdown formatting on the create issue screen

Summary

When creating an issue using the Create issue screen it's not possible to use the markdown formatting, because after the issue is created the text will not render correctly. The reason for this is that the Create issue screen still uses the wiki markup formatting.

Suggestion

Apply the markdown for the Create issue screen.
