[JIRA ALIGN] Team Member hover over shows blue name on dark blue background - hard to read

In AgileCraft (aka Jira Align), when viewing a page (ex: Team room), there is a list of assigned Team Members as little circle icons on the right side of the screen, above the work list/queue.

If you hover the mouse over any Team Member icon, then a hover-over box is shown.

The Team Member name is blue, against a dark blue background. It's very difficult to read from many angles.

Enhancement: restyle the Hover Over so that the information is more easily visible.
