We've received reports that whenever an issue is updated by an app or a user other than themselves, the web panels of apps refresh.
They've also said it doesn't happen on all instances, and I've been unable to reproduce on my test instance, which suggests that this is caused by a new feature undergoing a progressive rollout.
- Open an new issue view
- Add some apps and enable their web panels
- Update issue as a different user in another browser session OR update issue programmatically via REST API or third-party app (must also be making calls as different user)
