Show Activity links/options outside of drop-down

In the old issue view, the Activity, History, Comments, and Work Log links were shown as tabs/able to be clicked directly from the main issue view. 

In the new issue view, the links are all contained in a drop-down menu even though there's room to show them directly, reducing a click. It would be nice to bring that back!
