Issue Summary

When trying to change the issue type scheme for a project, the customer is getting Error 500.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the project's permission settings.
2. Choose the option Choose a different permission scheme from Actions drop-down
3. Click Associate

Expected Results

• Association to the project is successful

Actual Results

• Error 500 is returned (see below)
