Copy and paste attachments into the comment field doesn't work when using Microsoft Edge

Pasting an image into the comment field won't work in Microsoft Edge. It works when using Chrome.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Access an issue and select the comment field;
2. Paste an image

Expected results:
The image is attached to the comment.

Actual result:
Nothing happens.

Additional notes:
Tested using Microsoft Edge 42.17134.1.0
