Loading third party reports in Jira results in a 500 error

Issue Summary

When loading Jira reports provided by third part apps an error 500 is thrown.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install a third party app that provides reports such as Tempo.
2. Load one of the app provided reports

Expected Results

The report loads without error.

Actual Results

The report does not load and error as below is displayed:
The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

Error type: 500 - Internal server error
Log reference: b943a05b-270d-4c98-8f85-8f7647313492

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
