New Jira View share-issue option has no default focus

In the old issue view, the Share option will popup a new window where the cursor will be automatically pointed to User name or email.

However, the behavior is different in the new issue view where the user will have to click on the User name or email box to start the search. This could lead to the unwanted operation for example, the letter "i" reassigns the issue to the current user, "m" opens a new comment
