Hide Linked Issue Field Still Shows Up in the New Issue View

Issue Summary

Hiding the field Linked Issues still displays the option in the New Issue View.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hide the Linked Issues field
2. Press the button of "Link Issues"

Expected Results

The field doesn't show up in the issues.

Actual Results

It does display and no error is returned.

Workaround

No one, but if you click to show the field, it will start working again.
