Period (.) and Comma (,) keyboard shortcuts do the same thing in Issue View screen

    Description

      According to JIRA's keyboard shortcut help menu,

      • The period (.) is for Quick Operations
      • The comma (,) is for quick field editing

      But when viewing a JIRA issue, either one of them does the same thing.

      As per my understanding, the period shortcut should not show the list of fields. (that is the comma shortcut's job)
