Update "Migrate between next-gen and classic projects" docs

      Problem Description

      Under Start the migration process section (step 5) to perform Bulk Changes, it doesn't mention what permission required to perform this action. Some users can't perform this and they don't know why.

       

      Suggested Resolution

      Please add a section/information to inform users that they need Make bulk changes permission from Global permission to do this.
