Time tracking widget missing in the new issue view

Summary

In the new jira issue view, the sub-tasks estimate information and time tracking widget are missing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Story and set 2h for the original estimates
2. Crete a sub-tasks under the Story and set the original time estimate to 1h
3. View the Story

Expected Results

As in the old issue view, the parent should show the estimates for itself and the sub-tasks.

Actual Results

Only the estimate for the parent issue can be displayed

Notes

The estimate aggregation seen on the parent issue on the old issue view is for viewing purposes only. This does not aggregate the actual time estimate data on the parent issue. At the moment, the new Jira issue view is not able to show the sub-tasks estimate in the parent issue but the the actual data shown is the correct time estimate for the parent issue.
