      1. Create a issue in Service Desk project
      2. Go to "Personal settings" and change the "Language" to Japanese
      3. Browser the issue as a agent
      4. Confirm the strings

      Expected Results

      The strings are translated to the configured language.

      Actual Results

      The strings are rendered in English.

      Workaround

      None.
