Summary

Jira mobile app sends push notifications to users even if the project notification scheme has said notification disabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Jira Project
2. Remove all notifications from the project configuration
3. Acess assign issue to a user who uses the mobile app

Expected Results

• user does not receive any notification

Actual Results

• User receives a push notification

Workaround

• Disable mobile notifications on the app on a users basis.
