Summary

When transitioning an issue using the jira mobile app, the attachment field is not present during the transitioning.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In the workflow, select a screen
2. Make sure the attachment field is on the screen
3. Head over to the jira mobile app and go to any issue the workflow is in
4. Transition an issue and the field attachment will not be in.

Expected Results

The attachment field should appear on the transition screen

Actual Results

The attachment field does not appear

Workaround

The only way to upload attachment is to head over to an issue and upload an attachment by tapping on the paper clip icon.
