Webhook triggers in workflow transition cause inconsistency in email notifications

Summary

• Email notifications present inconsistent behavior when workflow transition executed has webhook triggers. This issue affects the content of the email notification, causing it to not have the change information displayed

Steps to reproduce

1. In a workflow transition, add a post function to fire a webhook after the notification event is fired.

2. Create an issue and perform the transition
3. Observe the email notification received

Additional information

• Issue seems to affect multiple if not all issue events, as the issue was reproduced when testing both the Generic Event and the Issue Resolved events
• Issue causes the notification to not display what was changed in the transition. When the issue is reproduced, email contains only the event but no further details about it. On the other hand, when the issue is not reproduced, the notification contains information about what was changed in the transition

Note: This issue is related to the bug JRACLOUD-68498: The more post-functions to fire webhooks we add on a specific transition, more likely it can break notifications and is probably caused by the same problem.
