Issue's CSV Export do not include inward links from linking issue's fields

Description

Exporting issues from an issue's list to a CSV file, not all linking issue fields are present.

Expected behavior

All linking issue fields present on the list view have to be exported to CSV as well

Behavior results

All inward links won't come to CSV archive.

Steps to reproduce:

Get into any instance, make a query to list issues, add linked issues field to the view and export this current view to CSV file. Could be exported all field if wanted, just is not need to test. The results it'll be the same.

No one INWARD link will be listed in the archive.

Help with

Fixing the missing inward links in the CSV export. Affects linking between projects.
