Users are unable to create JIRA OD to BTF Fisheye applinks following the normal documentation

      The steps provided here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/APPLINKS/Quick+Start%3A+Application+Links seem to no longer apply. I've successfully created application links by creating individual endpoints in both JIRA and Fisheye, but the process is undocumented and is never the same between successful attempts. Combined with the bug stopping users from deleting applinks this causes quite a time sink bouncing back and forth with customers.
