CSV import does keep original formatting

      The returns within an Excel cell are not kept. Users request many imports so it is very hard to manually go through every ticket and insert line breaks. We would want the importer to preserve line breaks for example:
      Description
      1. First read this line

      Perform task A
      Perform task B

      But, after the .csv file is imported all characters are on one string:
      Description
      1. First read this linePerform task APerform task B
