I too would benefit from this feature. We plan lots of sprints in advance (per quarter, plus on deck etc.) and it's time consuming and tedious to move a new sprint from the bottom (just beneath Backlog) to the top for the next sprint. A menu option of "Move sprint to top" would take care of that. Thank you.

I also need this. It's a not-inconsequential amount of time to keep clicking the "Move sprint up" button so many times. We plan sprints out pretty far in advance, so at any given time there are 7 or so sprints ahead, and the newly created sprint is always at the bottom of the list, which is the opposite of what we want. Even a "move sprint to top" like otherwise suggested would be very useful 

It's getting hard to manage multiple Jira sprints, UX is not ideal to add new sprint always at the bottom and then clicking multiple times "move sprint up" to a desired position. It feels like 90's to click that button all the time.

I'd like to be able to rearrange live sprints when I have multiple live sprints. 

This would be a game changer for us, either drag+drop, or insert wherever you need, but the current buttons respond too slowly to make any major changes w/o being a timesink.

Having more options for rearranging sprints (especially new ones) would be a great time saver for us.

I agree with Joshua May that being able to create a sprint in any point the of backlog would be useful.

Or, if it's only possible to add sprints at the end of the backlog, an option to 'Move sprint to top' (so it is moved directly underneath any started sprints) would save a lot of time.

It would also help to be able to create sprints at any point in the backlog view, not just above the "Backlog".
