The feature is already there in JIRA SERVICE DESK. Need the same feature in JIRA SOFTWARE for software and business projects. It will create an edge and will make the system more company process friendly wherein approval management plays an important at several hierarchies and junctures. Plz include the same, as apart from servicing there are several other processes involved in an organisation wherein approval is required. Even if multiple approval of a respective request is also what its seen to be mandatory.
