      Description

      Integration of Bitbucket and JIRA does not copy Bitbucket issues over to JIRA, or vice versa. The integration will sync all the commits, branch or pull request that related to JIRA Issue. This information is not clear to the users and it would be great if we can update the integration documentation (e.g: Connect Bitbucket Cloud to JIRA Cloud applications to avoid confusion.

      Workaround

      Now that BCLOUD-19617 and JRACLOUD-67311 have been addressed, you can export issues from Bitbucket Cloud to JSON and import issues from JSON into Jira.
