    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open the Service Desk project as support employee
      2. Go the a queue where is an unresolved issue
      3. Open the issue inside the Server Desk Queue
      4. Scroll down

      Expected Result:

      The issue toolbar needs to stay on top of the browser window which is the normal JIRA behaviour when you go not threw Server Desk
