We have started experiencing that we are unable to login to UI and upon clicking on login button the page is getting refreshed and nothing happens and we remain on login page.

If we enter wrong credentials it will throw the wrong credentials error.

We have checked the atlassian-jira-security.log and the authentication is passed:

      http-bio-8080-exec-14 ServiceRocketSupport 1156x356x1 - 211.25.18.162,127.0.0.1 /rest/gadget/1.0/login The user 'ServiceRocketSupport' has PASSED authentication.

      But immediately we receive:

ContainerBackgroundProcessor[StandardEngine[Catalina]] HttpSession [6v3lfm] destroyed for 'ServiceRocketSupport'

I am also seeing the followings on my atlassian-jira.log:

http-bio-8080-exec-20 WARN anonymous 1074x57x1 - 139.163.138.21,127.0.0.1 /rest/api/2/serverInfo [oauth.serviceprovider.internal.AuthenticatorImpl] Problem encountered authenticating OAuth client for url "[base url]/jira/rest/api/2/serverInfo", error was "token_rejected", with parameters "{oauth_problem=token_rejected}"

      Can you please advise?

      Thank you,
      Aidin
