      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It would be handy if one could associate rules to evaluate, to determine if a permission should be granted to a user. For instance, grant the Browse permission if current user's email address has same domain name as the reporter's (so joe@company.com could browse fred@company.com's issues).
