      Problem Definition

      Customer would like for the JIRA 'Create' button to redirect to their Service Desk Customer Portal for issue creation instead of linking to https://hostname/secure/CreateIssue!default.jspa

      Suggested Solution

      Provide the ability to modify the URL the Create Button links to for creating issues

      Workaround

      • Login through the Service Desk Customer Portal to create Service Desk
        or
      • Use the "Create Service Desk Request" option from the Service Desk top menu.
