View Usage for Project Role doesn't analyze comments, worklogs and inactive workflows

As an administrator you can analyse project role usage before deleting one.

At the moment only notification, permission and issue security level schemes are analysed together with active workflows that may contain Project Role condition. This isn't enough. You can restrict visibility of comments and worklogs to a Project Role, also inactive workflows may have references to a role that is about to be deleted.

Right now JIRA gives inaccurate picture of a project role usage.

Also, the summary page displayed before one deletes a role with associations is incomplete and doesn't show the whole picture which may result in administrator taking action on a false premise.
