Hi,
There are a few tasks which I need to do frequently which take a lot of time and require me to memorise an issue number, which I am always forgetting;
1) Make an issue a child issue of another item - can be useful when grouping defects realted to a particular user story
2) Linking an issue to another issue; again useful for linking defects to a user story item for example.
My suggesting is to expand the current drag and drop features to allow you to not only drag items above and below another issue, but also place it on-top of an issue. In this event, the user can be present with a quick links menu with, for example;
- Add issue as child item
- Link issue
- Close as duplicate of
- Merge issues
If this could also be done in bulk by selecting multiple items, this would make my life a lot easier, especially as there is no way to move items to a parent issue using the bulk editor.
