      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It would be nice to have a Power Users group. The purpose would be to give permissions to a group of users to more effectively manage projects.

      Currently I have to either assign Administrator privileges or perform these activities myself to customize certain settings in our Jira instance. For example building a custom workflow, and setting up new screens.

      It would be nice to allow some of these tasks to be performed by users whom I do not wish to grant Administrator privileges to.
