Request to have a default field for phone number of user profile which can be viewed at issues page. ( Different from property )

phone number per user in in the issue navigator that points to the reporters phone number.
replacing the current property "phone number", which is requires too many steps to produce and inefficient.
Assignee has to see the phone number directly in the issue.
Phone number field can be placed beside the reporter and beside the assignee.
this field can be used directly for netphone/tapi client.
uses active directory, information in the AD or LDAP can be imported.
