      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Allow the ability to customize the release note templates for JIRA Cloud. If not velocity based, then to at the very least to more of a degree than they are now. ie. Excluding sub-tasks, or adding a more detailed description rather than the small, single text field we are currently given per version and customization of Page title.
