      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It will be great if user is given the function to filter issues in Issue Navigator based on comment quantity. This way user will be able to filter issues with or without comments in them. Currently it is also not possible to search for empty comments.

      Additionally it will also enable user to filter issues based on the quantity in mind.
