            Landed on this ticket because of a question about the lack of configuration possibilities in Automation feature in the Service Desk software: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Desk-questions/For-automation-rules-in-JIRA-Service-Desk-is-there-a-way-to-set/qaq-p/859398

            Seems like it will never get enough interest as long as Atlassian is selling automation add-ons that have the same/better features.

            All fields should support a JQL, CRON expressions and parameters like {today} to set dates automatically.
