Import data into JIRA from Zendesk

      Considering that customers may wish to use JIRA Service Desk after already using Zendesk it would be important to be able to import from Zekdesk into JIRA directly.

      Currently it seems Zendesk exports its data to .xml files which cannot be imported into JIRA without conversion first to either .csv or .json
