      JIRA is very usefull to build the Road Map based on user requirements. We can refine each requirement using comments.
      The problem is that when the requirement has been understood and validated by everybody, anybody can continue to add comments. At the end, it can be difficult to know what will be developed exactly.

      Consequently, it would be great to add a feature to freeze an issue and the associated Road Map. The following features should be added :

      • Nobody can add a comment to a frozen issue
      • Nobody can change a field of a frozen issue
      • An additional "Freeze Issue" permission should be added
      • The "Freeze Issue" permission should allow to freeze or unfreeze issues
