      Currently JIRA OnDemand is having this Team Shorcuts feature which will allow accessing custom link to other Atlassian Product such as Confluence, FeCru or Bamboo as according to https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Creating+custom+links+to+help+users+navigate

      It would be best if we can have this feature in JIRA Standalone BTF version as well.
