Renaming users should automatically edit existing JQL filters to reflect that new username

      Currently, when you rename a user, any existing JQL filters that contain that username is not modified, and still uses the old username. Although the filter still works, but it may cause some confusion for users.

      Renaming a user's username should also change JQL filters to reflect that rename.
