      The current global admin role / permission doesn't work for us. We need to split admin into the following functions with associated groups / roles:

      • User & Group Management : jira-users-admin group/role
      • Projects : jira-projects-admin group/role
      • Issues : jira-issues-admin group/role
      • System including Addons : jira-system-admin group/role
