Highlight pinned browser tabs when a JIRA notification is sent to the logged in user

      Modern browsers have added a very useful pinned tab functionality:

      https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/pinned-tabs-keep-favorite-websites-open#w_how-are-pinned-tabs-different-than-normal-tabs

      One feature of pinned tabs is tab highlighting. When the title of the pinned tab changes, the tab is highlighted with a glow effect.

      This is very useful for quickly viewing notifications from many different websites.

      If this feature were implemented I could completely disable my JIRA email notifications. This is a big win for cutting down on the users everyday email deluge.
