      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Allow User Picker Custom fields to be restricted to Groups. The idea is for example to have the capability to create QA Contact fields restricted to "QA" group and Support Contact fields restricted to "Support" Groups and so on.
