configurable quick links ( like assign to me ) to set items like priority, estimated time, assignees, time spent

The assign to me link is used very frequently, however we only have a few users so to click in the drop down to find the right person is an extra step.
The recent set of users in the drop down could be placed as assign to links on the right hand side of the assign to me link, allowing a single click to assign an user to an issue.

Following this same idea, these quick links could be applied to multiple fields either creating a set of commonly used values or allowing it to be user configurable. We find we typically use similar values for across many issues.
